PCF was inaugurated by President Yoweri Museveni on 24^th August 2021 at State House Entebbe as a direct and adequate link between the private sector leadership, CEOs from Corporate institutions and government executives with the aim of contributing to the National Development Agenda.

The PFC membership include, Ms. Barbra Mulwana, (Chairperson), Mr. Isaac Musasizi CEO Kiira Motors – member, Mr. Ramathan Ggoobi Secretary to Treasurer, Mr. Emmanuel katongole, Prof. Charles Kwesiga, Dr. Joseph Muvawala ED NPA, Ms. Brenda Tibamwenda Secretary General UNCC, Dr. Agenes  N. kiragga , Mr. Mathias  Katamba MD DFCU ,  Dr. ruth Biyinzika  Head  SDF PSFU , Ms. Irene Birungi  M. Atenyi  and Mr. Daniel  Birungi ED UMA- member.

The inauguration of Presidential CEO Forum marked a significant milestone within the private sector fraternity to have access of championing government’s agenda towards fostering the social economic transformation and development of Uganda.

The PCF delivers on its vision through three key initiatives that include:

• fostering the social economic transformation agenda in all policy conversations that are to administer private sector participation.
• develop a well profiled and vetted data Bank of Ugandan CEO’s and
• compliment government with practical interventions on economic recovery, entrepreneurship growth and value addition that will enhance home- engineered industrialisation.

The PCF is mandated to be the leading forum that champions private sector entrepreneurs to actively participate in economic activities that foster private sector development and private sector inclusion in policy formulation.
